Case Studies and Testimonials

The team at The Rehabilitation Partnership understand the privilege of accompanying our clients on their journeys following catastrophic injury.  To celebrate their successes, to challenge and to support them when the road can be hard. We have had so many highlights over the years from Radio 1 plays, round the world trips, university degrees, moving people from institutions into purposeful community living, Olympic flame carriers, DIY businesses, engagements, weddings, babies, dogs, zip wires, art exhibitions….basically taking our clients goals and aspirations and working with them to make them possible.

We aim to be the best and that is only achieved by working in partnership with our clients and their significant others.  Who better to tell their experiences of our services but themselves......

“TRP are the best company, are the best in the game and provide the best service…I really appreciate and have the utmost respect for everything that you enable me to do.  If it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be where I am on my recovery or position in life” – Client

“As a family we were thrust into the brain injury world in January 2017 when our 19-year-old son sustained a traumatic brain injury after a car accident in which he was a passenger. In March 2017 our solicitor told us about a Case Manager who in his words "is brilliant with younger adults". In April 2017 Becky Hey and The Rehabilitation Partnership came into our lives. I have to say Becky and her team are absolutely amazing. Becky 'got' our family from the first time we met her. Our son is also on the Autistic spectrum which makes him a more complex case. Becky has a wonderful rapport with him. He contacts Becky and Amanda and chats with them. Becky is always available for us a family. Most of the time I don't know how to deal with a situation, but I know that I can call on Becky and her team and they have the answer. Becky not only supports our son, but us a family which is very much needed as unless you're living it 24 hours a day or have experience of this world you can't truly understand how difficult this world can be. We have sadly lost many of our friends. The team arranged an afternoon tea to raise money for West Midlands Air Ambulance, which was fantastic because it also allowed us to meet other families affected by brain injury. Nothing appears to phase Becky or her team they truly are amazing, nobody wants to be part of the brain injury club but Becky and her team make it a more acceptable place to be part of” – Mother of Client

The partnership is also with the Clinicians and Lawyers we work with.  Here are a few of their comments….

“TRP is an extremely well led service. The team recognise the needs of the individual and have a very positive approach to both clients and clinicians. They are able to select the ideal therapist for each client and work closely with the rehabilitation team to support goal orientated programmes. They address sensitive and emotive situations with care and consideration and are a real pleasure to work with.” Jackie Waller, Occupational Therapist & Director, CJOT

“Becky is particularly good at dealing with challenging clients and meeting their needs. She is thorough and dedicated to provide the best possible rehabilitation to her clients.” Jane Goulding, Partner, Freeths LLP

“The team at The Rehabilitation Partnership demonstrate a focus on the client which is second to none. Their desire to support their clients to enable them to achieve their goals is evident in every single case. Communication from the team is excellent – and makes a positive difference in maximising outcomes both in the litigation, but much more importantly in the lives of their clients” Philip Edwards, Partner, Clarke Willmott LLP
